User Generated Content in the App ("Guestbook")

Every user of the app can rate this exhibition via a star rating or also with a personal comment. Each user can remain anonymous or enter a name.

All entries will be forwarded to the museum for review and only approved entries will be published. In general, it is up to the museum to decide on the release. Entries may not contain links.
Insults, abuse and all generally offensive content will not be tolerated. The tone in the guestbook should always be polite and characterised by mutual respect.

Users of the app accept that submitted guestbook entries can be published without any time or space restrictions. Criminal content will not be published but reported to the police.

Use of Articicial Intelligence features
We use different technology partners for our generative AI services. The terms and service in this section specifically reflect the usujng and collaboration with these partners.

Your Content is yours and you retain the Intellectual Property Rights that you have in your Content. This includes both the files you upload to our services and the files you generate using our services. We need your permission if your Intellectual Property Rights restrict our use of your Content. You provide us with this permission through this license.

Your Content and your Inhate belong to you and the related copyrights. If your content is submitted to us and our partners, you grant us the right to use this content for the creation of translations, stories or language files.
The content will be stored and used for learning purposes of the AI models.

Using the generated AI content
With your input you receive AI generated content. You may use this content within the scope of our services. A commercial use of the content outside of our services is not permitted, unless you have explicit permission.
For AI generated content we grant a right of use within this framework, a claim on your part to the copyright of the content does not exist.

Story Ai
When you use our generative AI service, your inputs are transferred to third party servers. You can provide your input to the service ("Prompts") and receive generated and returned outputs based on the inputs ("Outputs"). Input and output are collectively referred to as "content". Please note that generative AI may generate unreliable outputs. You are responsible for Content, including for ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms.

Language AI
With Language Ai, translation services are available for automated conversion into other languages.
When you use our translation service, the texts are transferred to third party servers. The transfer of these texts is necessary so that we and our partners can perform the translation and offer you our service. We as well as our partners reserve the right to process your texts, the documents uploaded by you as well as their translations for a limited period of time in order to train and improve the neural networks and translation algorithms with them.
This also applies to corrections you make to our translation proposals. The corrections are forwarded to servers to check them for accuracy and, if necessary, update the translated text according to your changes.

Voice AI
Provided that you have the necessary intellectual property rights to the content you generate using our Services, you may use that generated content for commercial purposes within our Apps and Web Services.
In general, you can upload audio files and create audio content using our Services. You are free to choose the files you want to upload.
If you upload cotnent with the intention of sharing the audio content generated with those files, please make sure that you have the necessary rights and that you share your generated content legally.
